Return and Refund Policy

Returns for Physical Products: Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Returns for Digital Products: Refunds are not applicable to digital products. For any comments or concerns regarding digital product purchases, please send an email to info@theblackselfcaresanctuary.com.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at info@theblackselfcaresanctuary.com.

Sale Items: Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Sale Prices: Purchases made before the start of a sale will not be adjusted to the sale price. To avail of the sale price, the purchase must be made during the sale's duration. Kindly review the sale information and check your time zones before making a purchase.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@theblackselfcaresanctuary.com.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
